Any advice i can give my son on what he can do about being bored out of his mind. because of his injuries he can `t play high school football or wrestling. He also races motorcross bikes and snowmobiles and all of that is out of the question for at least a year. He was very active it is killing him he can`t do anything.

Read your comment about peanut butter. My problem is cereal. That packs on the pounds for me faster then just about anything:( I've totally cut it out of my diet. I have low fat yogurt for breakfast(calcium) and peach or banana.

Thanks for your thoughts on the wii EA active. I totally agree with your comments. I basically think it may be a good starter for someone who has not been physically active, but for hardcore calorie burning and strengthening, it falls short.

Ha Ha, Those sweets are going to be the death of me. Luckily I am at a new school this year I am hoping this one doesn't do the sweets. Congrats on the maintaining, you seem to be able to keep it off.

there is really nothing to talk about! I'm bak up to 160 pounds, the size 9's are getting tight...but i got my boobs back! :) I am actually very comfortable at this weight. I like having a chest again. My foot is not healing so I'll be going back to the Dr next month for x-rays. I won't be running the half marathon this year b/c of the foot. We bought a recumbant bike for the house so i watch movies and ride the bike for about an hour a day. Hope all is going well for you! i see you have been able to maintain for this last year! very impressive. talk to you soon.
