    I'm 29 and have been overweight pretty much all my life. I've tried many diets and different things but have always fought with my weight. I'm trying my best here to get things under control. I work full time and go to school full time, and I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week.

    I am very impressed with your results. Any advice for me? How many calories are you actually taking in each day? I will keep an eye on your progress. My goal is 50 pounds by New Year's Eve. You've shown me it can be done. Great job!
