My Motivation:
Daily prayer and meditating on my goals and accomplishments are essential to my success
Eating breakfast is so important to get started with my day
Praying for strength in advance is a vital tool in getting fit
Exercise is the missing key to any lifesystle change that will result in weight loss permanently
Slow and steady is the key to keeping weight off. You must eat enough calories and exercise regularly in order to lose anything
Asking God for continued strength each day to accomplish my goals
Determination to see my goals become reality
Stay focused on getting fit, not just the weight loss
Thinking slow and steady is the only thing that saved me. FOOD = FUEL
Never lose sight of the important; never stay far from your goal after you achieve it. Do not let yourself forget where you came from or the pain it was to get where you are now.
After being at goal weight for almost one year, I feel best and the strongest weighing around 133, so therefore I will stay betweeen 130 and 135. That is my ideal weight for me

Thanks for the encouragement,I've lost 43 lbs. so far and I'ts not coming off as easy as it used to.I think one of my problems is not being consistant. I haven't been coming on to calorie checkbook everyday like I used to. Still going to the gym and working out five times a week,But not keeping track of what I eat.     I am happy to say that I have been at my goal over 5 months now and even went on a cruise and a bus trip which was for 2 weeks. I am faithfully sticky with my workouts and so alot of bike riding in the summer months.

I am happy that I have stayed at my goal weight for over 2 months now. I am still working out 5 days a week and watching my calorie intake. I am now wearing a size 4 to size 6 which for me is amazing. I notice I am not losing weight but my middle section is reducing and my waist is getting smaller and smaller.

I am trying. So hard to find the right combination to stay at goal. I tried more time in the gym but it is exhausting me. I am now going 3 days a week weight training down from 5.

Hey, Wendy. I can only HOPE that I keep this going. It's certainly not easy, there's not a day that goes by where I don't have to THINK about what I'm doing, but I guess that could be why the weight loss is working this time. I have high hopes about actually reaching goal, so thanks for your pep talk, every positive word helps!

Leaving for my trip and praying I can stay at goal weight. Will be away from the gym one week. I wull make good food choices, but eating out can be difficult since it is not something I normally do.
