    Hello, I just joined up. I hope we can be friends. I have got a lot to lose, and I am hopeful in making new friends in the process to share in accomplishments, trials, recipes, or what ever else comes up to make it a more exciting process. I am listed as MAGNOLIABLOSSOM. I have tried everything to lose weight in the past including nearly losing my life to weight loss surgery back in the 70's, and have lost, but gained it back each time from all the various types of weight loss. Success comes with change. I am this time going to make some changes that I am hopeful to be lasting changes, by not telling myself what I cannot have, or by trying all the lastest fads, but by telling myself what I can have, that will be far better choices, all while paying close attention to what my body tells me.     I am so proud of your success. You are doing great! I wish I was losing faster but I just can't do a whole lot because of my back so I have to count on just the way I eat right now. Anyway you keep doing what you are doing and you will make your goal. I love ya!

    I'm going to start fasting for the first time tonight. I will not eat again until Tuesday morning. I am not doing it only for the weight loss, i'm also doing it to prove to myself that I have self dicipline. I'll see how it goes.
