|     Weighed in today and I am happy to say I lost 2 pounds. Now the challenge is to keep it off. I will be having cake and ice cream tomarrow to celebrate my b-day. My birthday isn't actully until the 24th but my husbands friends are coming over for rehersal ( he is in a doo-wop group) so I figured to have the cake when they are here so I won't have any left overs...he he he sneaky huh. |

|     Weigh in day is tomarrow, I hope I did well. I only had 2 bad eating days where I went over my calorie count but I did get a workout in everyday. I think I am going to change my wiegh in day to Friday that way I give myself a one cheat day on the weekend instead of taking a cheat day on weigh in wednesday and also screw up on the weekend. I will weigh in wednesday this week but I will also step on the scale Friday. It woudl be great if both days show a loss. I know I am dreaming now.

|     Ok guys heres the damage from Super Bowl..... I had a 1 pound gain... Not to bad, but not good either. I was hoping to stay the same. After Sunday I worked my but off and really watched what a ate. It's scarey to think what the scale would have said if I wouldn't have double my workouts. Oh well I am back on track and ready to remove that pound fast so I will show a lose for next weeks weigh in. I am not going to beat myself up over a pound.
I will accomplish my goal dang it. No excuses. |
