|     I sort of slowed down myself once I hit 126 one week. I think I celebrated a little too much. The good news? I haven't gone above 129 (it took me FOREVER to get below 130!!)! You're not alone. :0) |

|     Hey everyone! I am ONCE AGAIN back....ya ya ya I know ya'll are like "so how many days will she stay this time" Really Mel as my witness...I started back on the right path this week! Right Mel? i've been logging in my calories on SparkPeople, blogging and getting back into the healthy mindset! My son started kindergarden last week and making his lunches so healthy i realized that I really need to set a good example for him and eat healthy too. So for all my buddies out there let me know how you are all doing. I am going to need alot of support this time. Mr. Fly, I need you to kick my arse! I'm hoping to start jogging again Oct 1st. My fracture still hurts a bit but I've been walking every night. it's a start right? |

|     Thanks for your running advice! I usually do only 30 seconds at a time. Not by choice but because its all I can physically do!!! LOL. I know that you will be motivated again. It can be really hard sometimes. I worry about what weight loss will do to my chest too. I guess if they get too small I can always pay for them to get bigger:) Good luck to you! We can do this. |

|     Hey Jenni Belle! I am glad to see you are still logging in faithfully! I have been M.I.A. for a bit but I am back. I gained a bit and got up to 165- YIKES! HEre I am in the 150s again... I hope to really lose more this time. I feel really motivated again. It helps that my hubby is working out with me at night. My neighbor is also walking with me in the mornings. I hope to become a runner like you! We'll see though. I am not very good at it. It always makes feel like I have to barf. Maybe I am breathing wrong? Good luck to both of us!! OH, didn't you say once that you did the lose 11 lbs in 9 days diet? Did it work? It sounds tempting.... |

|     dr said my foot injury is nothing serious. she said my foot is unusally flexiable and that leads to wearing out easier. so basically i just overused my foot. I'm out of commission for the next 3 weeks and on anti-inflamitory meds. |
