    I just turned 40, and have yo-yo'ed my whole life, but have been on a steady gain since about the age of 32. The time line set by the plan seems ambition, but I'm going to do my part, at least.

    I agree, these timelines do seem ambitious, but seeing my weight come down at all is very encouraging. It seems slow when you really want it to come off, but slow is the best way for your body. You have consistently been coming down over 1.5 pounds each week - 36 pounds is a lot!! I read that for each extra pound we carry, we grow new blood vessels to accommodate it & our heart has to pump the equivalent of an extra mile for each pound. So just think, that's 36 miles of pumping that your heart no longer has to do! :- ) Awesome!
